  I used Richard Bamber's Mortgage broker services on buying my first property. From the very beginning of our conversations, Liz Smith was understanding, helpful and took a pragmatic approach to our situation (one of us had just started a new job). By no means were we an easy client - Liz helped us navigate a really difficult purchase which unfortunately fell through after multiple price changes that Liz worked tirelessly to navigate. Liz did not give up and falter at any point but instead pushed us on and was patient at all times. We've now just exchanged on a new property and Liz again worked extremely hard to make our mortgage arrangement an easier process, and at the same time got us a competitive deal which we're very happy with. I have already recommended Liz to anyone that I speak to who is looking to buy a property as the service is excellent.

  Completely and utterly useless! Think I spent more time on the phone chasing and looking for updates, communication is non existent! Funny enough I called Friday and asked for a call back and today is Thursday, still no call.........Look elsewhere for sombody to assist with a mortgage
